TYPE OF OVEN Electric (opt. Wood on 21st February)
This competition is reserved for an amateur public, therefore professionals (and ex-professionals) are considered excluded, i.e. those who carry out or have carried out the activity of pizza chef (or assistant pizza chef or baker...) within catering activities in the sense side.
By amateur public we therefore mean, purely indicatively, that type of people who enjoy preparing homemade pizza, for themselves and for their friends. The pizza could be of the type:
- Classic plated: cooked in a professional electric oven
- Neapolitan: cooking on a professional electric oven
- Pan Pizza: cooking on a domestic electric oven or on a professional electric oven
*If you wish to compete on Wood Oven, after making the payment, call +39 0421 761247 expressing your preference. Conversely, the first registered in chronological order will compete on the Electric Oven, until the available places are filled, the following ones will be automatically placed on the Wood Oven.

TIMING 15 minutes for the Classic pizza on the plate and for the Neapolitan; 30 minutes for pan pizza.
