Each competitor must bring their own shovel. The length of the pizzas on the shovel is at the discretion of the competitor himself. Double cooking is permitted as long as it is done within the time allowed for the competition (20 continuous minutes). The preparation of cut and stuffed pizza as a sandwich is not permitted.
