Pizza Senza Frontiere - World Pizza Champion Games 2027 will be held in Rimini from February 21 to 23, 2027, within the international Beer&Food Attraction Fair, and will bring together professionals from all over Italy and all over the world who will compete in 20 competition categories over three days, to show the juries their skills.

The first competitions of the Championship will begin on Sunday, February 21, putting to the test the more than 600 participants coming from all over the world. The initiative will be set within the context of the Beer&Food Attraction Fair, which will take place in the second half of February at the Rimini Exhibition Centre. The event will be a place of encounter and synergy among the leading international players in the food and beverage sector.

Pizza Senza Frontiere is organized by Ristorazione Italiana Magazine, within Beer&Food Attraction, in collaboration with IEG Expo, under the patronage of Regione Emilia Romagna, APN, Master Pizza Champion, AVPN, APR.

The event is open to all pizza makers who have reached 18 years of age. Registration is open until all available spots are filled and, in any case, no later than January 31, 2027.

On Tuesday, February 22, at the end of the competitions, the awards ceremony will take place. Certificates of participation will of course be given to every competitor, the top 3 ranked in each category will be awarded, and naturally the winners of the categories, that is, the NEW WORLD CHAMPIONS. There will also be the assignment of innovative SPECIAL PRIZES:

• Pizza in rosa: the prize will be awarded to the woman who achieves the highest score in one of the competitions (excluding acrobatic pizza).

• Pizzachef emergente: the under-30 pizza maker with the highest overall score in any of the competitions (excluding acrobatic pizza) will be awarded.

• Re delle pizze romane: this prize will be awarded to the pizza maker who, in the three Roman pizza competitions (Teglia, Pala, Tonda al Matterello), achieves the best overall result as the sum of the scores of the 3 competitions.

But the surprises don't end here! The best pizza makers in the various categories will earn the right to enter the final of Master Pizza Champion, the first and only televised talent show dedicated to pizza, which in 2027 reaches its twelfth edition.
