PIZZA A SORPRESA - MYSTERY BOX

The preparation of a classic or Neapolitan pizza will be permitted, with any dough. Each competitor will be assigned a mystery box containing the ingredients to compete. The competitor will be free to use all the ingredients present or only a part, at his own discretion. Induction plates will be available for preparations. Pans and other special tools must be brought by each competitor.
