PIZZA E BIRRA

The competitor will present a classic or Neapolitan pizza paired with an Amarcord beer of their choice: Lager - Gradisca, Pilsner, Red Ale - Volpina, or Bianca. Upon registration, the competitor will receive a tasting kit containing a description and a bottle of each beer, allowing them to sample and decide which one they would like to try. For this competition, it is recommended that a helper be brought along to collect the beer and glasses from the Amarcord station, bring everything to the judges' table, and return the materials at the end of the competition. For this competition, there will be an additional judge dedicated exclusively to evaluating the pizza's pairing with the chosen beer.
