PIZZA E COCKTAIL

The competitor will present a classic pizza on a plate to which he will combine a cocktail of his choice. For this competition, the support of a helper is recommended who will take care of bringing the beer and glasses to the judges' table and collecting them from the judges' table at the end of the performance. For this competition, an additional judge is foreseen and dedicated exclusively to the evaluation of the beer and its pairing.
