PIZZA IN TEGLIA

Each competitor will have to bring their own baking tray. The permitted formats are 60x40, 60x20 or square. Double cooking is permitted as long as it is done within the time allowed for the competition (30 continuous minutes). The preparation of cut and stuffed pizza as a sandwich is not permitted. Having not been a specific specific in this regard, for the 2025 edition of the championship, the leavening in the pan and the presentation of the "kissed" pizza is granted.
