WIDER PIZZA
The competition consists of expanding a disc of dough by hand as much as possible.<br>The block weighing 500 g will be provided by the organization. At the start of the competition judge, the competitor will have 5 minutes to complete the exercise. The disc must not have holes.<br>The last 10 seconds, which will be marked by the judges, will be used to optimally arrange the dough and carry out any repairs.<br>At the end of the 5 minutes the judges will check the measurements exactly.
