PIZZAIOLO PIÙ VELOCE
The competition consists of expanding 5 discs of dough as quickly as possible. The dough balls (200 g) will be provided by the organization, the same for all competitors.<br>The test will be timed from the start of the race judge until all 5 discs completely cover the 30 cm control areas.<br>If the discs do not completely cover the control screens, the competitor will be asked by the judge to make any holes or to widen the disc until the required characteristics are achieved. Only at this point will the judge stop the clock.
